FAQs
Can parents hang around during the party?
Due to limited space in the venue, we only allow one parent per child and ask that they be seated in the parent area while we service the kids. Please no strollers, or small children that is not being serviced during the party. Please express this to your party guest in advance.
When must I give the final attendees for my child's party?
Final numbers are due 2 weeks before the party.
We will email you 2 weeks before the party asking for the numbers.
When is the final party balance due?
Total Balance owing must be paid in full 7 days before the party.
Can outside food be brought in?
Can I combine two parties or customize my child’s party?
Yes, of course you can.
We can add extra activities to your party depending on what you would like to combine.
$30-45 extra per child for an extra activity.
Some customized parties would need an extra 1 hour.
What is the Cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. We can reschedule the date of your party if it’s more than 1 month away. Any Party NOT paid in full 1 week prior risks the possibility of having their party canceled,
NO REFUNDS are given to guests who do not attend the party.
What if some of my guests arrive late?
